Rifles and Ammunition...?
Rifle Import Permit...?
- unfortunately we are unable to assist you - you will have to
apply for a rifle export permit
with your authorities. That export permit will enable you to
receive a rifle import permit as soon
as you arrive in Namibia
How long in advance do I have to make my booking?
- Usually 3 months in advance.
How do I make a booking...?
- You can
email us or call us
directly through our
contact page.
Emails
could take a day or two - depending on where we are hunting
at that time.
How and when do I pay, and in what currency...?
- After we have made you an official quote - you will have to
deposit 1/3 of your daily rate.
The outstanding balance will be paid on the last day of your
visit.
- Payment can be done in Travellers Cheques, US Dollars, South African
Rand, Namibian Dollars, Pound Sterling.
- You can

What is the time limit on cancellations...?
- You need to cancel at least one month in advance otherwise
you will loose your 1/3 deposit.
Do you cater for food preferences & allergies...?
- Yes, you will have to supply us with a comprehensive list
stating your food preferences or allergies.
